Founded in 1999 by visionary health care leaders, CHCA has provided Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and other healthcare organizations with solutions and guidance to advance health information technology. These service have included: implementation and project management, infrastructure hosting, application training, report development, on-going application support services, and consulting and education for various related initiatives.

CHCA is a 501(c)(3), non-profit Health Center Controlled Network, meaning its activities and mission are overseen by FQHC representatives. As such, its primary interests are aligned with the mission of FQHCs to ensure every person has access to quality healthcare.

Health Choice Network, Inc. (HCN) is a national model of successful collaboration amongst health center controlled networks, community health centers and other health partners. Through its cutting-edge health information technology and business services, HCN participants increase efficiencies, decrease costs and provide better and more accessible patient care. HCN is a not-for-profit organization governed by a Board comprised of its members. HCN member centers and additional customers provide care to more than 2.2 million patients and play a vital role in improving the quality of life within the communities they serve.

OSIS is a non-profit technology services organization dedicated to providing expert NextGen Healthcare technology assistance exclusively to Community Health Centers around the country.

HealthEfficient is a membership organization whose mission is to support community health centers and other “safety net” providers in improving performance across their organization, including clinical quality, revenue cycle management, and health information technology.

At HealthEfficient, our work is built on three foundational elements: 1) Data analytics to give insight into the health center; 2) Consulting and facilitation support to help improve performance; 3) Collaboration with our 36+ member health centers around the country to learn and share with peers.
